    Each candidate is interviewed and evaluated to develop a profile detailing their skills and qualities. Our clients are also interviewed in order to rank the qualities and skills they desire in their staff. This includes the following:

    – Our client’s needs, goals, mission, strengths, challenges, culture, staff, and opportunities.
    – What the position requires in regards to skills, knowledge, and abilities.
    – The personal and professional qualities the employee should possess.
    – The working relationship senior leadership wants with their new employee.
    – Desired compensation levels.

  • Step 2: Job Ad Design and Posting

    We will place an appropriately designed ad with highlights of the primary job description as well as required and preferred skills/traits.

    We prepare a set of primary questions to analyze each candidate’s knowledge, experience, and qualifications. We also handle communications with all candidates, meaning that you can focus on your immediate concerns at the office.

  • Step 4: Background, References, and Offer

    Reference, background, and license checks are given to every selected candidate. We will also check their employer and professional references to ensure their professional knowledge, qualifications, interpersonal skills, and business characteristics reflect our findings in each interview. We also handle offers for the selected candidate(s).
